The Centennial Theatre in North Vancouver is a wonderful venue - great accoustics and excellent lighting.
The day's speakers, our local Greater Vancouver area talent, offered gems of wisdom for women & some brave men who came to seek insights into either how to overcome fertility issues, to controlling weight gain, to dealing with hormonal changes throughout life.
Some people said 'It's the BEST that HANS has ever had!' and 'It was empowering!'
Fortunately, there will be a DVD made of the Women's Health Day which should be ready early in 2010.
