On Wednesday, September 23rd, approximately 200 people met in Victoria to celebrate the life of the gentle maverick & internationally recognized founder of orthomolecular medicine, Dr Abram Hoffer. Attached is what was written on the inside jacket of the handout - written by Abram's son, Dr John Hoffer.
We were touched by the many tributes to Dr Hoffer, including comments by Steven Carter, (International Schizophrenia Foundation), Angela Webster, (Lotte & John Hecht Memorial Foundation), Dr Erik Patterson of Creston (long-time friend of Dr Hoffer's), and his long-time colleague Francis Fuller (Orthomolecular Vitamin Information in Victoria).
Noteworthy were the many patients in the audience who expressed heartfelt gratitude to this gentle and caring healer, a man who gave hope to them all.
If any HANS members want to contact Francis Fuller, the number in Victoria is (250) 386-8756.
