Del & Inez Birtch worked with Lorna Hancock and Pauline O'Sullivan when the organization was first called the 'Coalition for Alternative Therapy'. When a group of 12 volunteers and passionate workers, including them, decided to change the name of the organization, Del & Inez were part of the important foundation for Health Action Network Society, which is now a very important organization in Canada. Their son, Bob, is a graphic artist who did the beautiful artwork on the Society's publication at the time, Option Magazine. I will always look back and admire this couple, for their love, passion, and great networking skills. They moved to the Okanagan where they enjoyed retired life, and passed peacefully to be remembered by us all. They were a joy to work with.
