A beautiful meal was prepared by happy volunteers at Leir House in Penticton, & then shared with about 25, who were able to meet informally, and visit with Shawn, Barbara, and others during the day of March 17th. While people were preparing food in the Leir House kitchen, Shawn was being interviewed by Maria Carr of OK in Health, Wayne McDougall of Community Television, and Steve Kidd of the Western newspaper, Dennis of Giant FM, a local radio station. Also, a film crew from Winnipeg was on site shooting a documentary... was it a busy day, or what? By the way.
