According to Cathrine, Dave went to visit his brother when he was working up at Kemano Swamp as an electrician and of course Dave never went anywhere without his camera. On a very still day he came upon this swampy pond and with his keen photographers' eye composed this beautiful scene. I believe more people have this photo framed on their walls than any other of Dave's - some of them very large focal prints.
