There is nothing more remarkable than how some people really get the story of how to take care of themselves. Kay Charter of Burnaby is one of these. She turned 97 this month (Jan/09) and we are just so proud of her. Kay has been a long-time member of HANS, and a real advocate for us. An ambassador, and one we're all very proud of. She uses a computer like a pro, has mingled with the best of them (politicians, community leaders, etc) and has never hesitated to communicate with anyone on the topic of personal health. Way to go, Kay!
